Scam.com good place to check to see if the MLM or program you are with has anyone sueing it or if it has been reclassified as a pyramid scheme (illegal)

Note : Cash Gifting schemes are illegal in UK and USA - no matter what the sale pitch implies - ask your local Tax office or a Lawyer how legal those types of programs are - just make sure they don't have a mouth full or coffee when you ask - or you may get burned!

- update - when I say ask the tax office I don't mean phone them up and ask the law on cash gifting - as most IRS people will think you mean legitimate cash gifting which has nothing to do with the illegal versions on-line - a cheeky illegal cashgifter on youtube got a tax official to state the law on legitimate cashgifting and naturally she spoke about the legal form of it - this just shows how sneaky cashgifters are - they will even trick a government office worker into quoting their own laws to twist and use on the illegal version to get recruits

- the fact the government aren't currently able to enforce the law properly is no excuse to break it, if you become a cashgifter you are supporting organized crime including child porn (fact) and possibly terrorism - as these scams generate a lot of money and if it is shared between criminals, criminals will use it for whatever they want - so to sum up - it's unpatriotic and dirty money, the websites are hosted on servers that house illegal content by illegal people.

Warning about sneeky adverts on-line:
If you click on ANY adverts, on Yuwie, Facebook, Google etc. make sure you scroll down to the bottom of the page with any offer of a freebie - and try to only make purchases for items via PayPal as some merchants (even big ones like Amazon) will automatically transfer your credit card details to a third party without CLEARLY warning you, and if you miss the terms (hidden via a link in the small print - rather like eBay scammers do) you might find you have joined a subscription rather than accepted a discounted offer - the company gets away with it because they say you agreed to it. SO BUYER BEWARE!
